WRONG QUESTION (Pt. 2)

WRONG QUESTION. (Pt. 2)

WRONG QUESTION. (Pt. 2)

One major setback associated with “Wrong Question” among numerous others is that in an attempt at fixing the small problem it creates complex ones and often doesn’t fix any.

Whenever there arises a problem, we should direct our questions towards finding the key to solving the problem.

When husband and wife have disagreement, they should seek the root cause of the problem and not ask who started it. Other things can come later.

Just like our earlier analogy, during fire outbreak, the basic question “Fire Fighters” ask is about how to know the cause (gas, chemicals, electricals, et.c and source (start-off point) in order to know what method to deploy in fighting it. Having salvaged lives and property, evaluation of who and all worth not come in as preventive measure against future occurrence.

When we go through troubles in life, we tend to ask the “Wrong Questions” too. Why did God allow this? Why did God allow that? Why me? Why not him? The list can be endless and like Job in his dark days, we realize that “Wrong Question” leads to bottomless pit. It was until Job realized he was asking “Wrong Questions” and sought to know God’s heart, he remained in the dark concerning his trials.

‭Job 42:1-6 KJV‬
[1] Then Job answered the LORD, and said, [2] I know that thou canst do every thing, And that no thought can be withholden from thee. [3] Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? Therefore have I uttered that I understood not; Things too wonderful for me, which I knew not. [4] Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. [5] I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: But now mine eye seeth thee. [6] Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent In dust and ashes.

Once he gained the right perspective, he asked the right question and began to see God’s hands in his situations.

Rather than ask such, we should rather, like Apostle Paul ask “Lord, what would you have me do or learn from this? That was the key to the opening of his understanding and sojourn to knowing God’s will for his life.
‭Acts 9:6 KJV‬
“And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.”

When next life throws it’s curve-balls at you, seek to ask the ” Right Question” and that’s when Matt. 7:7 starts delivering it’s promised as assigned by God to you.

Shalom.
